There are three different levels. Each level includes three color schemes to choose from and specific design elements. For example, the Platinum Package offers granite countertops, vinyl or ceramic tile flooring, your choice of cabinet color and a kitchen backsplash. Go up a level to the Diamond Package and get everything in the Platinum Package plus wood-grain tile flooring, a third cabinet color option and pendant lights above the kitchen island (per plan).
