Marvida has done it again — we made the mid-year RCLCO Real Estate Consulting report and are one of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the United States.
We took the No. 23 spot on the annual list. Communities are ranked based on new-home sales from January through June. Builders in Marvida sold 324 new homes during that timeframe.
